At a partner retreat last May, Nixon Peabody hammered out a new strategy to improve the firm’s performance. It boiled down to a focus on establishing industry groups, improving retention and recruitment, and soliciting feedback from clients on how the firm could improve its service.
The plan was already paying dividends when Nixon Peabody closed its fiscal year at the end of January, said CEO and managing partner Stephen Zubiago. Gross revenue increased for the fourth consecutive year, rising 10.1% to $621 million.
