1. In order to start the quest, you need to find and talk to the Rapine Soldier in Bifrost Field 01 and choose the option: You want to venture into the hazy forest. A memorial dungeon will be created.

How to get to Bifrost field 01:

1. By walking:

Before venturing into the Hazy Forest, you must have access to the New World.

You can check the guide below for the New World Access Quest.

From there, you can either walk west toward to Splendide or you can pay the the NPC teleport Cat No. 4 to warp you near Splendide.

2. Or use a World Teleport Ticket and search for “Rapine Soldier” (bifrost field 01, 158,340.

3. If you had already finished the Wandering Guardian Quest in any character in your account, then just equip the Pendant of Guardian to warp you to Mora Village then walk all the way to Bifrost Field 01.

2. Talk Log Tunnel in Bifrost Field 01 and choose “enter the tunnel”.

3. From this point, all you have to do is just explore the map until you found and kill the MVP.
   The Wandering Purple Dragon/Lost Dragon has a chance to spawn in the following location: Island no. 28, 38, 49, 50, 55, 59, 60 and 68.

Note: The level required for Hazy Forest is at least Level 99, however the monsters inside the instance are between level 135-145. Exp and drop penalty applies.

How to Navigate Hazy Forest: (Step by Step Guide)

Navigating the Hazy Forest can be a bit tricky, so you’ll have to follow the correct order of warps! For an overview of the whole map, you can visit use this image as reference.

1. On Island No. 1, just enter the portal on the upper part of the map to move to Island No.2;

2. On Island No. 2, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 3;

3. On Island No. 3, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 4;

4. On Island No. 4, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 5;

5. On island no. 5, Kill the monster named “tom” then chop “tom’s garden” to open a portal to island no.6; Avoid the portal you just exited from since it will lead you back to Island No. 1;

6. On island no. 6, Enter the portal to the right, that would lead you to island no. 8; Avoid the portal you just exited from (portal on the left) since it will lead you to island no. 7. The portal on island no. 7 will lead you back to island no.6.

7. On Island no.8, Take the portal on the left to move to island no. 9;

8. On Island No. 9, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.10;

9. On Island No.10, Kill the monster named “Tomba” then chop “Tomba’s Garden” to open a portal to island no. 11; Avoid the portal you just exited from since it will lead you back to Island no. 7;

10. On Island No. 11, Just re-enter the portal you exited from (center portal) to move to island No. 12; You can collect mysterious seed while on this map.

11. On Island No. 12, Enter the portal on your right to move to island No.13; You can also collect mysterious seed while on this map;

12. On Island No. 13, Enter the portal on your upper left to move to island No. 14;

13. On Island No. 14, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 15;

14. On Island No. 15, Kill the monster named “Remi” then chop “Remis’ Garden” to open a portal to island no. 17; Avoid the portal you just exited from since it will lead you to Island No. 16. If you accidentally went to Island No. 16, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 13. From there, work your way back to Island No. 15 and take the upper left portal to move to island no. 17;

15. On Island No. 17, Rem’s Garden is locked, so Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.18;

16. On Island no. 18, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.19;

17. On Island No. 19, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.20;

18. On Island No. 20, kill the monster named “Rem”. After which Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move you back to island No.17;

19. Back on Island No. 17, Chop “Rem’s garden” to open the portal going to island No. 21;

20. On Island No.21, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.22;

21. On Island No.22, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.23;

22. On Island No.23, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.24;

23. On Island No.24, Enter the portal on your upper right to move to island No.25;

24. On Island No.25, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.26;

25. On Island No.26, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.27;

26. On Island No.27, Enter the portal on the right to move to Island No. 28; Avoid the portal you just exited from since it will lead you to Island No. 11. If you accidentally went to Island No. 11 then see step no. 10;

27. Island No. 28, is the first map you may encounter the Wandering Purple Dragon MVP. If you managed to kill it then you can exit if you don’t want to explore hazy forest further. If the MVP is not on Island No. 28 then enter the portal on the northern part of the map to move to island No. 29;

28. On Island No.29, Enter the portal on your upper right to move to island No.30;

29. On Island No.30, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.31;

30. On Island No.31, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.32;

31. On Island no.32, Kill the monster named “Ron” then chop “Ron’s Garden” to open a portal to island no.33; Avoid the portal you just exited from since it will lead you to Island No.28; If you accidentally went to Island No. 28 then see step no. 27;

32. On Island no. 33, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.34;

33. On Island no. 34, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.35;

34. On Island no. 35, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.36;

35. On Island no. 36, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.37;

36. On Island no. 37, Kill the monster named “Rover” then chop “Rover’s garden” to open a portal to island no.38;

37. Island No. 38, is the second map you may encounter the Wandering Purple Dragon MVP. If you managed to kill it, then you can exit if you don’t want to explore hazy forest further. If the MVP is not on Island No. 38, then enter the portal on the center of the map to move to island No. 39; Avoid the portal you just exited from since it will lead you to Island No.37; If you accidentally went to Island No. 37 then see step no. 36; You can also collect mysterious seed while on this map;

38. On Island No.39, Enter the portal on the right to move to island no. 40; Avoid the portal you just exited from (portal on the center) since it will lead you to Island No.38; But before exiting to Island no.40, explore first the outskirt of the lower right portion of the map, in case you hear the flapping of wings or the actually see the Wandering Purple Dragon on the adjacent Island then it means that the MVP has spawn on Island No. 49; You can also collect mysterious seed while on this map;

39. On Island No. 40, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.41;

40. On Island No. 41, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.42;

41. On Island No. 42, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.43;

42. On Island No. 43, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.44;

43. On Island no. 44, Mona’s Garden is locked, so Just enter the portal on the southwestern portion of the map to move to island No.45; But before you enter the portal, check first the adjacent island if you can hear a flapping of wing sound. If you can hear it, then the Wandering Purple Dragon has spawn on Island no. 55;

44. On Island No. 45, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 46;

45. On Island 46, kill the monster named “Mona” so that you can open the portal on Island no. 44; after killing mona, just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to back island No. 41;

46. Work your way back to Island No. 44 by Following Step 40 to 43;

47. On Island No. 44, chop “Mona’s Garden” to open a portal to island no. 47;

48. On Island no. 47, kill the monster named “Namon”. Then Recall what you heard or saw while you are island no. 39 and 44. Again if you heard or saw the Wandering Purple Dragon on the adjacent island while you are on Island No. 39 then the MVP has spawn on Island No. 49. If you heard or saw the Wandering Purple Dragon on the adjacent island while you are on Island No. 44 then the MVP has spawn on Island No. 55;

If the Wandering Purple Dragon is on Island No.49 or you didn’t hear any flapping sound while on Island No. 39 or No. 44. Then Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.48; and read step no. 49;

If the Wandering Purple Dragon is on Island no. 55, then enter the portal on southern western portion of Island no. 47, in order to move to island no. 51 (skip steps 49 to 69, follow step no.70);

49. On Island No. 48, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.49;

50. Island No. 49 is the third map you may encounter the Wandering Purple Dragon MVP. If you managed to kill it, then you can exit if you don’t want to explore hazy forest further.
    REMINDER: DO NOT ENTER THE PORTAL ON THE LEFT/WEST that will lead you to Island No.4 (STEP 4) and you’ll have to work your way back to island No.49.

If the MVP is not on Island no.49, Do not chop “Namon’s Garden” yet. just re-enter the portal you just exited from to move to island No. 50;

51. Island No. 50 is the fourth map you may encounter the Wandering Purple Dragon MVP. If you managed to kill it, then you can exit if you don’t want to explore hazy forest further.

If the MVP is also not on Island No. 50, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move back to island No.47. Once on Island No. 47, enter the portal on the northern east portion of the map to move to Island no. 48;

52. On Island No. 48, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move back to island No.49;

53. Back on Island no. 49, chop “Namon’s Garden” to open a portal to island no.56;

54. On Island no. 56, enter the portal on the lower right side to move to island no.57;

55. On Island No.57, enter the portal on the upper right side to move to Island no. 58;

56. On Island No. 58, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.59;

57. Island No. 59 is the fifth map you may encounter the Wandering Purple Dragon/Lost Dragon MVP. If you managed to kill it, then you can exit if you don’t want to explore hazy forest further.

If the MVP is not on Island No. 59, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.60;

58. Island No. 60, is the sixth map you may encounter the Wandering Purple Dragon MVP. If you managed to kill it then you can exit if you don’t want to explore hazy forest further.

If the MVP is not on Island No. 60, Enter the portal located on upper north to move to island No.61;

59. On Island no. 61, Tito’s Garden is lock, so Just enter the portal on the upper west portion of the map to move to island No. 62;

60. On Island No. 62, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 63;

61. On Island No. 63, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 64;

62. On Island no. 64, kill the monster named “Tito”, then enter the portal to move back to island no. 61;

63. Back on Island no. 61, chop “Tito’s Garden” to open the portal island no. 65;

64. On Island No. 65, enter the portal located on the left/west to move to island no. 66;

65. On Island No. 66, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.67;

66. On Island No. 67, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No.68;

67. Island 68, is the seventh map you may encounter the Wandering Purple Dragon MVP. If you managed to kill it then you can exit if you don’t want to explore hazy forest further.

If the MVP is not on Island No. 68, Then it definitely spawned on Island No. 55. Enter the lone portal on Island no.68 to move to island no. 65;

68. Back on Island no. 65, Enter the portal on the lower right side, this will lead you back to island no. 29;

69. Back on Island no.29, repeat steps no. 28 to 48;

70. On Island 51, Enter the upper right portal to move to Island No. 52;

71. On Island 52, Enter the portal to the right/east to move to Island no. 53;

72. On Island No.53, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 54;

73. On Island No.54, Just re-enter the portal you exited from to move to island No. 55;

74. Kill the Wandering Purple Dragon.
    

You can enter Hazy Forest again after 1.5 hours.
